RF Power sensor KC9531 is a serial product which our company made for satisfying the demand of industrial RF applying.
KC9531 has a USB2.0 port. It matches CAN 2.0A/B or RS485 protocol, and it operate the data port which is normalized by M-bus.
USB port is for user to set relevant parameter of the operation (Such as: frequency range measuring, CAN/RS485 Baud rate, CAN identifier and demodulation method etc) and the real-time display of the measured data. It also support the display of log unit and linear unit. After users setting CAN/M-BUS operating parameter, they can add the bus to construct a measuring net with more sensors.
KC9531 can adapt the harsh environment of the industrial field. Also it can measure the unstable power source of large magnetron and so on. It provides peak value, average value or the result of root-mean-square value. The reliability has been proven after it had been evaluated constantly for a year in 150KW power monitoring application of microwave oven.

PC port matches USB2.0 protocol specification.
Integrates 1~2 roads CAN-bus ort, supports CAN 2.0A CAN2.0B protocol, matches ISO/DIS 11898 regular.
User can set the CAN-bus standard ID as 0x000~0x7FF
User can set CAN-bus communication Baud rate as 1000kbps、700kbps、500kbps、250kbps、100kbps、50kbps、25kbps、7kbps；
Users can use USB power supply, or use external power source (DC+3.5V~DC+18V，300mA)
CAN-bus port uses electric isolation. Isolation voltage of the isolation module : DC 2500V.
The highest data stream of the single channel: 8000fps
Refresh rate of measured data: 200 points/sec (after smoothing), 5000 points (needs the appointment from clients)

Note 1: Use the appropriate coupler and attenuator. If the current electromagnetic environment is over harsh, you need to install appropriate magnet ring to CAN or USB cable.
Note 2: The uncertainty will be higher when the temperature is out of the range of 10°~45°.
Note3: When operating in vibration environment, you need to use construction bolting which is on the sensor and use the soft cable to connect it. When operating in none-vibration environment, you can use only RF port to support.
